Our Values.

People first.

We’re people first and we always put people first. We do deeply transformational work, and could not do this without compassion, inclusion, trust and respect for everyone we are working with and thinking about.

Curiosity.

Some of our favorite questions are “why” and “what if…”. We bring an open and curious mind to every project. We start with asking questions, listening, learning and that allows us to find new possibilities that could unfold.

Equity.

We actively work to be anti-racist, anti-ableist, and to center the voices and perspectives of those most marginalized. This informs all of the work we do, including the solutions we design, the approaches we take, and the vendors we partner with on projects.

Play.

Creativity thrives in spaces that are full of joy, beauty and fun. We bring a sense of play to every project and believe the best solutions come when all involved are enjoying the process.

A cazimi (kuh-zee-mee) is when a planet is in the heart of the sun. The sun works with the powers of that planet to make the whole greater than the sum of its parts. This is a very powerful moment when deep transformation and understanding is possible. We choose to call ourselves Cazimi because when we work with clients we are able to expand ideas, change thinking, and drive action - together.
